Christian Taylor, Chancellor of the Order
As Chancellor, Christian serves as the Abbot’s key advisor on secular affairs for the Oblates of the Holy Passion.
In addition to this leadership role, Christian prays in discernment at the Oblate Monastery of Our Lady of Sorrows in Vermont.
Though not a cleric, Christian brings invaluable perspective as a lay Chancellor. He handles operational needs so the Oblates can focus on spiritual priorities.
Joining the Oblates was an unexpected blessing for Christian. He prays the Order grows in sharing Christ’s inclusive message and healing past church hurt.
With humility, Christian guides the Oblates temporally to spread sacred witness eternally. His stewardship enables their contemplative mission.

Now a professional photographer and storyteller, Molly has connected with diverse subjects worldwide. She cherishes preserving special moments in time.
Molly shares a close bond with Abbot Andre after he officiated her wedding in 2022. Her heartfelt images capture his warmth and humanity.
As a van-dwelling adventurer, Molly infuses creativity and meaning into every shot. We’re blessed to have her artistic gifts document our journey.
